Cheese and Bacon Stuffed DORITOS®
Stuffed with a double-cheese filling and smoky bacon, these baked stuffed DORITOS® make a fun appetizer for snacking while watching the big game.

Cooking Guide
In a medium bowl, using electric mixer, beat together cheddar, cream cheese, and bacon until combined.
In a food processor, pulse 4 cups DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips until finely crushed; transfer to shallow bowl.
Spoon 1 tsp cheese filling onto each of 12 tortilla chips. Cap each with another chip; press gently to sandwich. Freeze for at least 15 minutes or until well chilled and firm.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F.
Transfer flour to another shallow bowl. Whisk egg is a third shallow bowl.
Dredge each stuffed tortilla sandwich in flour, then dip in egg and roll in crushed DORITOS®. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Baked for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese mixture has melted.
