  1. In a bowl, mix the water with the sugar, yeast, and olive oil. Let the yeast activate.

  2. Once ready, add the flour and salt, then knead thoroughly.

  3. Break the Cheetos into smaller pieces.

  4. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes, then fold in the crushed Cheetos.

  5. Fold the dough, and repeat this folding process 3 more times.

  6. Place the dough on a surface sprinkled with pastry flour and shape it.

  7. Bake at 230°C (445°F) for 25–35 minutes, depending on your oven.
