  1. Heat the water, milk and oil in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Then let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Place the tapioca flour in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
  3. Add the liquid mixture and start mixing on low speed.
  4. Add the eggs, salt, grated Parmesan to use as a filling for the dough balls.
  5. Once the dough comes together, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, crush the Cheetos Flamin' Hot, as this will be used to coat the dough balls.
  7. Using a spoon, scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the dough.
  8. Roll the dough balls in the crushed Cheetos® Flamin’ Hot® coating.
  9. Place the coated dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
