- Heat the water, milk and oil in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Then let it cool to room temperature.
- Place the tapioca flour in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
- Add the liquid mixture and start mixing on low speed.
- Add the eggs, salt, grated Parmesan to use as a filling for the dough balls.
- Once the dough comes together, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, crush the Cheetos Flamin' Hot, as this will be used to coat the dough balls.
- Using a spoon, scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the dough.
- Roll the dough balls in the crushed Cheetos® Flamin’ Hot® coating.
- Place the coated dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
