A delicious and simple recipe that brings together baked pasta with melted feta, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a crispy topping. Fresh spinach adds the perfect balance of flavor and color.

Cook the pasta in salt water till partly cooked and then strain.
Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place the whole feta in the middle and drizzle on the olive oil.
Tear the basil leaves and rosemary and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 210C for 10 minutes. .
Once it’s baked, remove from the oven and add the pasta and fresh spinach and mix it up.
Crush the Cheetos® Cheddar Crunchy Jalapeño by hand, crumble on top, and then place back in the oven for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
