Drain the chickpeas and pour into a bowl.
Grate the lemon peel over it.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over it.
Grind the Cheetos® Flamin’ hot in a food processor and mix with the chickpeas.
Sprinkle with mint and coriander.
Bake until crispy (for about 15 minutes) at 200°C.
