Cooking Guide
Mix the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes to let the yeast rise.
Then mix in the flour, olive oil, and salt.
Knead thoroughly, cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then, fold the dough and leave it to rest for another 30 minutes. Repeat this 2 more times.
Then divide the dough into 2 parts. Fold and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Make the pizza sauce by putting the ingredients in a bowl and blending them together with a hand blender.
Once the dough is ready, roll it out into a circle on a floured surface and brush off the flour.
Pinch the edge of the dough thinly, add some of the mozzarella, and fold over to create a stuffed crust.
Crush the Doritos with a knife and mix with grated mozzarella. Brush the edges of the dough and the crust with a wet brush and sprinkle with Doritos.
Spread the center with pizza sauce and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Add the salami slices and place the pizza into a preheated oven to 250 degrees.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Use a pizza stone if you can.
