Beetroot hummus with Doritos® for dipping

Wash the beetroot and place in a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Place in a preheated oven at 200C and roast the beetroot till soft.
The time depends on the size of the beetroot, approximately 40 to 60 mins.
Once the beetroot has cooled, peel it and cut into small pieces, and then place in the blender.
Add the chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, honey, cumin, lime zest and juice, orange zest, salt, and pepper.
Blend until it’s a creamy consistency, you can also add aquafaba to hydrate it a little and add a creamier texture.
Plate in a dish and top with black sesame seeds and garnish with vegetables cut into flower shapes and edible flowers.
