Tuna-stuffed mini rice triangles with a zesty lime-sriracha filling, finished with Dorito accents and wrapped with seaweed for a playful sushi-inspired snack.

Cooking Guide
In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce.
Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the lime juice. Stir everything together.
From the sushi rice, form triangle shapes about the size of a Dorito chip.
Fill the center with the tuna mixture and cover with rice, making sure the triangle shape stays intact.
Place the rice triangles in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge. Press one Dorito chip gently on each side of the triangles.
Cut seaweed sheets into rectangular strips, moisten them, and wrap them around the base of the triangles to hold them together.
