Add the sour cream to a bowl.
Chop up the pickled jalapenos and add them to the sour cream
Peel the garlic and grate it into the sour cream mix
Add salt
Chop up the chives finely and add to the sour cream.
Mix everything up and then dip in with Doritos® Tortilla Chips.
