Frozen Yoghurt Marias®
Frozen raspberry-topped cookies dipped in Greek yogurt and sprinkled with chocolate for a sweet, icy treat.

In a bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until you get a puree, add the honey and mix.
Place the Marias® cookies on a tray lined with wax paper. Spoon some of the raspberry-honey puree onto each cookie.
Put the tray in the freezer for 20–30 minutes so the raspberry topping gets a bit firm.
Take the cookies out of the freezer and dip each cookie with raspberry puree into the Greek yogurt, covering it well. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate pieces so they stick.
Put them back in the freezer for another 15–20 minutes or until the yogurt is firm.
