  1. First, combine mashed potatoes, turmeric, chili powder, salt, tomato, onion, green chili, and Lay’s chips for a bold crunch.

  2. Mix it all up! Shape the mixture into small, flat tikkis, so that they are perfectly snack-sized. Sizzle them in hot oil, until golden.

  3. Meanwhile, whip up a tangy yoghurt dressing by mixing the tamarind chutney into creamy yoghurt, and adding some fresh coriander. Serve the tikkis over the yoghurt dressing, sprinkle on some Lay's® Chilli Lemon Chips, garnish with lettuce, and pomegranate seeds.
