Cooking Guide
Slice the chicken into 2 pieces.
Mix it with salt, lime juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Marinate for 1 hour.
Fry in a hot pan for 5 minutes per side.
For the quick pickles, slice the vegetables into thin strips and put them in 3 small separate mason jars.
Add a mixture of rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and 1 cup of water to each jar in 3 equal parts.
Seal each jar and shake.
Leave for 1 hour.
Strain and they are ready to go!
Mix the smoked paprika with the mayonnaise, set aside.
Mix the honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Put the pickles, mint and coriander leaves, mayonnaise, and honey chili sauce on top.
Then, chop it all up with a knife so that everything is mixed.
Slice the baguette in half and pile everything in.
Finally, top it off with Lays® Classic Potato Chips to give it an even tastier crunch.
