- In a hot pan, pour a little olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper.
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese and milk until slightly softened, then add the cheddar.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and corn and mix well.
- Pour into a baking dish and add the mozzarella.
- Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Serve with Tostitos® Tortilla Chips and enjoy.
