Cooking Guide
Crush half of the Doritos and mix in the spices (dried garlic, dried onion, and smoked paprika, setting some aside for the sauce later).
Roll the chicken breasts in the egg whites and Doritos breadcrumbs.
Press the chicken down thoroughly in the breadcrumbs to make the coating stick.
Cook in an Air Fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by mixing a tablespoon of the dried garlic and onion mixture, sriracha sauce, and apple cider vinegar into the mayonnaise. This will be our dressing.
After our chicken is cooked and crispy, spread a tortilla wrap with
mayonnaise and add lettuce, cheese, and the crunchy chicken breast.
Finally, add some more Doritos for extra crunch, and drizzle with a little extra mayonnaise.
