  1. Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise

  2. Scoop out a bit from the top half to make it easier to fold the sandwich.

  3. Spread pesto on the bottom half.

  4. Place the sun-dried tomatoes on top.

  5. Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parmesan.

  6. Tear the burrata over the top, then layer with mortadella and Milano salami.

  7. Add a layer of Lays Classic chips on top of the salami.

  8. Pile on the arugula, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with fresh basil.

  9. Squeeze half a lemon over everything, then close the sandwich.

  10. Cut it in half diagonally—and feel proud of the beautiful sandwich you just made!
