Wash the tomatoes and put in a baking dish lined with baking paper.
Put the burrata in the middle, with the cloves of garlic around.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground pepper.
Put in the oven at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
When ready, sprinkle with fresh Italian herbs.
Serve with Doritos® Tex-Mex tortilla chips.
