  1. Prepare the Brava sauce. Heat up some olive oil.

  2. Peel and slice the garlic and add to the oil, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add tomato puree, and sizzle for 2-3 minutes, till it’s lost it’s sour taste.

  4. Mix in the cornstarch and thoroughly stir in with the puree, then pour in the vegetable stock and red wine vinegar.

  5. Simmer for 5 mins and then season with salt.

  6. Set out the Doritos® Flamin' Hot® Tortilla Chips on a plate. Drizzle on the brava sauce and the aioli, and sprinkle on the Pimientón pepper
