  1. Start by adding the two whole chicken breasts to a pot.

  2. Then add a little salt, pepper, crushed garlic, tomato paste, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 3 spoons of that sun-dried tomato oil, cream, grated parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

  3. Finally, pour in a cup of water, cover everything with the lid, leave it to simmer for 6 hours to bring everything together into a smooth, saucy base.

  4. Once cooked, grab a fork and shred the chicken breasts.

  5. Next comes the secret ingredient to make this dish burst with flavors and crunch: Doritos Dippers! Spread out your chips on a plate, and pile the creamy chicken ragout on top.
