  1. Dice the beef and sauté in olive oil in a hot pan for about 8-10 minutes.

  2. Add half a spoonful of chilli flakes, smoked paprika, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, once cooked remove the beef from the pan.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the tomato salad.

  4. Peel and clean the onion, slice into half rings, and place in a bowl.

  5. Add the sumac, a pinch of salt, and press the mixture together so the onion releases its flavour.

  6. Dice the tomatoes, chop the parsley, and add to the onion mix.

  7. Then mix in the remaining half of the chilli flakes and the lemon peel.

  8. Finally, lay out your Doritos® Taco on a plate and layer on the meat mixture, the tomato salad, and drizzle with lemon juice.
