  1. Arrange the Doritos® original tortillas in a baking dish lined with baking paper.

  2. Cut the seitan into small pieces, then fry in a hot pan and sprinkle with taco seasoning.

  3. Add the red beans and 1 dl water. Fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Spread this mix over the tortillas.

  5. Sprinkle with vegetable cheese sauce, then bake in the oven at 180℃ for 5 minutes.

  6. Before serving, add all the toppings: halved tomatoes, diced bell peppers, guacamole, salsa sauce, ringed jalapeños, ringed green onions, vegan sour cream.

  7. Add the final flavours with fresh coriander and lime juice.
