  1. Roughly chop the almonds and walnuts.

  2. Mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.

  3. Add the dried fruits to the bowl.

  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 10–12 minutes.

  5. Remove it from the oven, let it cool, store it in a container, and keep it in a dry, dark place
