Cooking Guide
In a bowl, mix the oats with the oat milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, and the spirulina powder.
Pour the mixture into glasses and place them in the fridge.
Next, prepare the white cream:
In a mixing bowl, whip the remaining Greek yogurt, the plant-based cream, and the remaining honey until smooth.
Once combined, spoon the cream on top of the oat mixture and return the glasses to the fridge overnight.
The next day, take them out of the fridge.
Peel and slice the kiwi, and place it on top of the cream.
Garnish with a few halved blueberries and blackberries, then sprinkle with seeds.
