  1. Slice the sausage and fry until browned.

  2. Remove it from the pot and set aside.

  3. Dice the onion and sauté it in the sausage fat.

  4. Add the Lay’s Salted chips, pour in the stock, and cook for 10 minutes. Then blend until smooth.

  5. Slice the kale into strips and add it to the soup.

  6. When serving, garnish with pieces of chips and the fried sausage.
