Cooking Guide
Start by melting butter, until it gets foamy.
Stir constantly and cook it on low heat until it turns brown.
Then pour it into a mixing bowl.
Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and mix well. Then, add a whole egg, and an extra egg yolk.
Sift in the flour, add some vanilla essence and mix.
Crush the Lay's® salted chips into small pieces using a knife or a rolling pin.
Mix into the dough, with the chocolate buttons.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out balls from the dough, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Roll the cookie dough out into discs, then let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then bake them for a good 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Don’t go reaching for the cookies yet! Let them cool down a little,
