Whip the cream until it reaches semi-stiff peaks and then place in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour.
Cut the fresh strawberries into cubes and then place in a bowl.
Add lime zest and strawberry jam.
Add ⅔ of the whipped cream and gently work it into the strawberry mix.
To the remaining cream, add 2 tbsp of honey and the scooped out insides of a vanilla pod and mix.
Add cream mixtures to piping bags.
Layer Lay’s® Classic potato chips separately with the whipped cream, creating 3 layers. Decorate the top with the whipped cream and fruit. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
