  1. In a bowl, mix the dulce de leche with the chopped nuts. Spoon a bit of the mixture onto one Marías cookie and top with another to make a sandwich.

  2. Roll the edges in the toasted coconut

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes so they hold their shape.

  4. Melt the chocolate and dip the alfajores halfway or completely to coat them. Let them cool on wax paper until the chocolate sets and they’re ready to enjoy!
