  1. Add the oats to a personal blender, with peanut butter, dates and protein powder to the blender

  2. Pour the plant-milk and blend everything together for about 2 minutes

  3. Strain into a glass and then beat with a whisk a little.

  4. Pour over the shot of espresso, add ice
