  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add the egg, vanilla and the flour, mixing until combined. Stir in the Quaker granola and add chocolate chips. Mix well.

  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet, pressing them down slightly.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Let cool before serving.
