  1. Cut the salmon into 2 equal pieces

  2. Rub all sides with salt, and place it skin side down in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Mix the oats with the chopped fresh herbs, grated lemon peel, egg, salt, and lemon juice.

  4. Pile the herb mix on top of the salmon slices.

  5. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

  6. Serving tip: with salad and mint yogurt dressing
