  1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the flour, Quaker® Oats, and baking powder.
  3. Separate the egg and add the egg white to the dough.
  4. Season with salt and mix well.
  5. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Divide it into 4 equal parts and shape them into balls.
  7. Flatten each ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
  8. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with the remaining egg yolk.
  9. Sprinkle with the mixed seeds.
  10. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes.
