- Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add the flour, Quaker® Oats, and baking powder.
- Separate the egg and add the egg white to the dough.
- Season with salt and mix well.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide it into 4 equal parts and shape them into balls.
- Flatten each ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with the remaining egg yolk.
- Sprinkle with the mixed seeds.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes.
