  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with the Quaker® Oats, room-temperature coconut oil, and honey.

  2. Divide the mixture into two portions, and mix matcha powder into one half.

  3. Layer the two different oat-yogurt mixtures in a glass, then refrigerate overnight.

  4. The next day, sift some matcha powder on top.

  5. Garnish with fruits and seeds before serving.
