In a bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with the Quaker® Oats, room-temperature coconut oil, and honey.
Divide the mixture into two portions, and mix matcha powder into one half.
Layer the two different oat-yogurt mixtures in a glass, then refrigerate overnight.
The next day, sift some matcha powder on top.
Garnish with fruits and seeds before serving.
