Quaker® Pancake Pasta
Oat-based “pasta” pancakes shaped like spaghetti, served with yogurt, fresh fruit, maple syrup, and nuts.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Then add the Quaker® oat flour with the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
Fill the squeeze bottle: pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle with a fine tip.
Lightly grease a pan. Over medium-low heat, squeeze the mixture into thin continuous lines to look like spaghetti.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form, flip, and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
Place the strands in little nests or piles (like real pasta). Add toppings: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, maple syrup, and nuts.
