Make the dough with the pancake mix and make 2 flat pancakes from it following the instructions on the packet.
Spread out the pancakes and top with peanut butter, hazelnut spread, add in a peeled banana cut in half.
Slice up the strawberries and place them on top of the banana.
Roll up the pancakes, and then slice into 2 inch pieces.
Scatter with coconut flakes.
Dip into strawberry jam and Greek yogurt.
