  1. In a pot, cook the corn kernels with the onion, garlic.

  2. Drain the corn and add the butter, then season to your liking.

  3. Open a bag of Tostitos® Xtra Flamin' Hot® and add the esquites inside.

  4. Add mayonnaise and cheese to your liking.

  5. Squeeze lime juice over the top and sprinkle with a bit of chile piquín.
