In a pot, cook the corn kernels with the onion, garlic.
Drain the corn and add the butter, then season to your liking.
Open a bag of Tostitos® Xtra Flamin' Hot® and add the esquites inside.
Add mayonnaise and cheese to your liking.
Squeeze lime juice over the top and sprinkle with a bit of chile piquín.
