Cooking Guide
Crush a bag of Cheetos in a food processor.
Mix the flour with butter and salt in a bowl. Then add 1 cup of finely ground Cheetos and knead.
Add the water and knead into a dough.
Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
Then form the dough into small balls and use a tortilla press to make tortillas or use a rolling pin to roll them out.
Fry in a pan and cover with a kitchen towel while it is hot so that it does not dry out.
Prepare the fillings.
Slice the beef into strips, and brown it in a pan over high heat. Add the spices and cook under the lid until soft. If necessary, replace the liquid.
Slice the pork into strips. In a pan, sizzle this over high heat. Cut the onion into rings and add it together with the spices. Cover and cook until soft. If necessary, replace the liquid.
Slice the chicken breasts into strips. Sizzle it in olive oil in a hot frying pan. Add salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook it because it will dry out.
Peel a red onion and dice it. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle it with some apple cider vinegar and leave it to stand for 20 minutes.
Tear fresh herbs and sprinkle on top.
Fill the prepared tortillas with the meat. Top with the spicy onions and the remaining crushed Cheetos Extra Flamin Hot.
